Workplace equality between women and men

With a strong desire to combat all forms of discrimination, PRAD is particularly committed to setting an example and promoting gender equality. For the past four years, the company has obtained the highest score in the Egapro index.

For 2024, the score cannot be calculated. This is because “the number of people in the groups selected is less than 40% of the number taken into account for calculating the indicators”.
