Workplace equality between women and men

With a strong desire to combat all forms of discrimination, PRAD is particularly committed to setting an example and promoting gender equality. For the past four years, the company has obtained the highest score in the Egapro index.

For 2023, the score is 95%, as equality is not perfectly respected... as the female executive population is better paid than that of men!
